Product Care Association handles leftover paint as part of its paint stewardship program to ensure household paint is diverted away from our sewers, dumps and landfills, and waterways.

Drop by a Paint Exchange depot in the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley area and pick up free paint! Product Care Association's paint stewardship program collects leftover paint at registered depots free of charge. The usable leftover paint is given away on an as-available basis.

Please indicate you want some free paint through the Paint Exchange program at the depots listed below. The colours are whatever is available at the time. Cans will NOT be opened on-site. Itís a good idea to call the depot before going there. Customer must sign a waiver to take away free paint. Pick up free paint from:
